Hello! I'm Claire Mackin

Graphic Design student at Montana State University.

Hi, I’m Claire, a Graphic Design student at Montana State University. I’m a second-generation Alaskan, born and raised, and I’ve always had a love for art. Growing up, I took every art class I could, and one of the most influential people in my creative journey was Steve Gordon—a longtime family friend, neighbor, and talented artist—who helped spark my interest in landscape painting.

In addition to graphic design, I’ve always been drawn to interior design. Whether I’m looking for inspiration on ideas for my dream home or working on a painting, designing has been a lifelong passion. When I’m not immersed in creative work, you can find me running trails, hiking, painting, spending time with friends and family, attending Resurrection Parish, or catching up on home improvement shows.
